Customer service is truly dead!!! HOWEVER call here if you want excellent customer service. This girl who works at this place they better never get rid of and should give her a raise - Never once has my order ever been wrong, missed anything, she never says what did you want or what did you say, always on point. Food is good. I have eatwn there 4 times since I moved out to Jackson

Old school chicken joint where quality reigns supreme!!! Think Chicken Holiday, but better. Get the Zesty wings and I dare you to tell me they are not the best deep-fried dry wings you've ever had! Thank you Chicken-n-More for CONSTANTLY dishing out consistent quality and tasty chicken. Lots of sides, parking and options. If you don't lick your fingers... I WILL!

So I ordered delivery, the wait was over a hour which is fine, the very nice lady on the phone let me know that before hand but that wasn’t my problem. So my food arrives it’s ice cold, so the creepy old man delivery driver walks up to the door and I had my autistic Uncle give him the money, There’s already a delivery tip added to my bill to begin with. And since the driver noticed he was autistic he asked him “where’s my tip” coward Yea so I’ll never be asking for a delivery again from here and I’ll make sure to let everyone I know that likes to order chicken n more, to either Pick it up, or if you have it delivered and you get the creepy Old man don’t give him nothing extra he doesn’t deserve it. I advise finding a better representative for your business to do the delivery’s for you.

Multiple times tried calling to place an order on different days but the refuse to answer the phone ive ordered from the plenty of time before food is great but service is another story

Well the reason for my one star on each is because today was supposed to be my first time going here and it said they opened at 11am. We get there at 11 and it's dark so we wait. Finally 11:15am 3 guys with Chicken-n-More shirts show up. If you open at 11 be here earlier to be ready to open at 11. We went next door to Stop and Shop and got better fried chicken cheaper. Stop & Shop is where it's at.

First they told me 45 min delivery, they arrived in 30 min. I was in the shower had to rush to get to the door. Then the food wasn’t that great. Don’t order their Mac and cheese. The most watery disgusting Mac and cheese we have ever had. Wings were dry and overcooked. Overall meal just wasn’t good. Do not recommend.

Ordered a fish(flounder) sandwich and a side of steamed broccoli - perfect dinner - no potatoes! Added a side of cole slaw (for another meal) and rice pudding for dessert. Really enjoyed the sandwich, added balsamic glaze to the broccoli for additional flavor. A+ is my rating.

Great food, better than the chicken chains like KFC. The menu is large and customizable - skin/no skin, pick your favorite pieces, sides, etc. Plus, everything is made to order.
